Five study/bedrooms are currently available in this shared house.

 

The house is located close to Hearsall Common and is two minute walk to the number 12 bus stop which serves the University of Warwick. Within 200 metres are bus stops for 8 different bus routes to the city centre. The area is very popular with students and is close to local shops and pubs, a ten minute walk to Earlsdon centre (two minutes on the bus) and a ten minute walk to Morrison's supermarket (2 minutes on the bus)

 

The house features a communal lounge, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. It has full double-glazing, gas central heating and an excellent standard of decor. Smoke alarms are fitted in each bedroom and in the communal areas, and a heat detector is fitted in the kitchen.

 

There is a small but pleasant garden, laid mainly to grass which is maintained by the landlord.

 

The house is undergoing its summer maintenance and professional cleaning, and will be ready for occupation from 1September 2010

 

Rooms are competitively priced at £62 - £65 per person per week. The rent includes water charges but does not include gas & electricity bills. Payments can be made monthly by standing order or termly in advance.

 

The deposit is £300 per person, and will be protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme or a similar service.
