The house is located close to Hearsall Common and is one minute walk to the number 12 bus stop which serves the University of Warwick. Within 300 metres are bus stops for 8 different bus routes to the city centre. The area is very popular with students and is close to local shops and pubs, a ten minute walk to Earlsdon centre (two minutes on the bus) and a ten minute walk to Morrison's supermarket (2 minutes on the bus)

This property offers five study bedrooms, a communal lounge, a fitted kitchen and an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower.
