Prices…..

Prices this year start at £58 per person per week, based on a ten month contract running from September to July. If you would prefer a full 12 month contract then we will offer a discount on the above prices. If you want to move in earlier than September then this can normally be arranged. Payments can be made either monthly in advance by standing order, or termly, whichever you prefer.			Your rent includes water rates but does not include gas or electricity. Also not included is any council tax charges, but full time students are exempt from council tax anyway!			We will also need a damage deposit of £300 per person. This is lodged with the Deposit Protection Service and will be returned in full (plus interest!) at the end of your tenancy as long as you leave the house as clean as you found it, with no damage, and with all bills paid.
