Chas
& Frances decided
to
become landlords after
seeing
the quality of
housing
available to their
two
youngsters when at
University.
Believing that
they
could do much better
they
bought their first
house
in Coventry in
2002,
and became
professional
landlords a
couple
of years later.
They
now concentrate on
providing
good quality
housing
to students at a
price
that won’t break the
bank!
Chas
was initially trained as
an
Engineer and has
degrees
from Bath and
Warwick
Uni’s. He now
focuses
on the maintenance
aspects
of the houses,
making
sure that any
problems
are dealt with
quickly
and properly.
Frances
has worked
extensively
in the Hospitality
industry,
including several
years
as the manager of halls
of
residence at leading
Colleges
and Universities.
She
is responsible for
ensuring
that the houses are
cleaned
to our exacting
standards
before each
tenancy.
