Quality is at the very heart of what we do. When a property is first added to our portfolio it undergoes a very thorough renovation. Every item is checked and, if necessary, replaced. This includes flooring, roof, windows, doors, central heating system, bathrooms, kitchens. You name it!
This means that when we declare a house ready for letting it will have full double glazing and gas central heating. The kitchen will be newly fitted with with adequate cupboards, worksurface and tiled splashbacks, cooker with cooker hood, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There will be a modern bathroom, normally including a shower over the bath and extractor fan. New curtains, net curtains and laminate flooring or carpets throughout, with tiles or cushion floor in the kitchen and bathroom. And an excellent standard of decoration throughout.
And then, between each tenancy the house will have been fully inspected, cleaned and all maintenance issues addressed, ensuring that it’s clean and ready for the incoming tenants.
